CarotenAll enthält aus Palmfrüchten gewonnenes Alpha- und Beta-Carotin (EVTene) in einem ähnlichen Verhältnis wie Karotten. Eine Kapsel CarotenAll liefert größere Mengen der wichtigsten Carotinoide (Alpha- und Beta-Carotin, Lutein, Zeaxanthin und Lycopin) als 5–6 Portionen Obst und Gemüse.
Lycopin ist ein antioxidatives Carotinoid, das aus gentechnikfreien Tomaten (Lyc-O-Mato) gewonnen wird. Lycopin unterstützt eine gesunde Prostatafunktion und schützt vor Schäden durch den Singulett-Sauerstoff der reaktiven Sauerstoffspezies (ROS).
Lutein ist ein antioxidatives Carotinoid, das in der Natur zusammen mit Zeaxanthin vorkommt. Lutein und Zeaxanthin aus der Nahrung reichern sich in der Makula und Linse des Auges an, wo sie diese Gewebe vor oxidativem Stress schützen. Astaxanthin ist ein hochwirksames antioxidatives Carotinoid, das in Meeresfrüchten und Algen vorkommt und Lipide vor Peroxidation schützt.
